1. Prepare your own domain
Choose an address that fits your business and check who manages the domain. WebshopOS supports connecting your own domain; follow the actual connection instructions provided for your shop.
Before changing DNS records, keep a copy of the existing settings. Email services may use the same domain, so only change records needed for the shop connection. Do not guess server addresses or delete unrelated records.
2. Make language a complete experience
Decide which markets you are ready to serve. A translated menu is only part of the work: product descriptions, delivery information and customer-facing policies should also make sense in the selected language.
WebshopOS supports multilingual storefronts. Review each version and confirm which options are available in your plan.
3. Review currency and VAT
Set the shop’s currency and VAT rate to match your business setup. These settings are not a promise of automatic currency conversion or international tax calculation. Confirm the requirements that apply to your products and markets with an appropriate adviser.
Check the storefront after updating settings. Explore international selling features or ask us about your setup.
